
Base Alexandria
Made Property, renowned for their luxury off-the-plan residences, were embarking on their first project in a new sector: industrial. Our brief was to develop a brand identity and marketing campaign that engaged both Alexandria’s creative and tradie workforces.
With a market full of cliched industrial branding – all hi-vis colours and stencil fonts – my key insight was to instead showcase our client’s expertise in delivering beautifully designed, high quality spaces. The positioning of ‘Designer Industrial’ drove our creative concept for Base Alexandria, resulting in a strong identity that married striking, clever design with crystal-clear messages.
