
Akuna Vista Schofields
Akuna Vista was Defence Housing Australia’s newest master-planned community in North West Sydney. When it arrived on our desks, it already had a name and a brand identity. Our brief was to get that name known in market for its Stage 1 sales launch.
For me, this project was all about going straight to the heart. In line with our positioning ‘Building lifelong memories’, I pitched campaign messaging that leveraged the wistful nostalgia parents had for their own suburban childhoods. The centrepiece of this concept was a highly-emotive TVC, strategically screened over 300 times in cinemas across key locations.
A true team effort both within the agency and with the client, this campaign was such a success that our campaign talent’s ‘story’ was expanded for the Stage 2 release!
