During my time as an internal digital copywriter for Optus, I was closely involved in many online copy and content projects for Small & Medium Business – a significant growth department within the company.
For the launch of Optus Loop (a cloud-based VoIP system that unifies business communications), I worked side by side with the external creative agency to flesh out their campaign strategy into compelling digital copy.
While my task was to write the product webpages, many of my words also made their way into Loop’s wider messaging platform.
